When it debuted at the LA Auto Show late last month, the 2019 Nissan Maxima made quite a statement. Boasting 19-inch, diamond-cut wheels, signature frames around its LED lights, and a large V-motion grille, everyone recognized the sedan’s entrancing stance and appearance instantly.
The 2019 model year brings with it five trim levels: S, SV, SL, SR, and Platinum. Two packages are offered, enhancing quality and performance in various ways: the SR Premium Package, which includes a dual panel moonroof and Around View® monitor, and the Platinum Reserve Package that bundles heated rear seats and Rakuda Tan semi-anline interior treatment.
“As our flagship sedan, [the Nissan] Maxima is an important contributor to the Nissan brand,” said Dan Mohnke, senior vice president, Sales & Marketing and Operations, Nissan Division U.S., Nissan North America, Inc. “[Nissan] Maxima is our longest running nameplate, having thrilled owners for four decades with style, performance, and quality.”
“[The Nissan] Maxima checks all the boxes for sports sedan enthusiasts, and now, with the refreshed appearance, refined interior, and enhanced safety and security technology, there are even more reasons that [Nissan] Maxima stands out from every other mid-size sedan on the market today,” added Mohnke.
The 2019 Nissan Maxima extends the sedan’s reputation for being a near-luxury vehicle without the premium price tag. This new Nissan also perpetuates the perception that the automobile is a sports-oriented car, thanks to its sport-tuned suspension, braking system, and steering.
Of course, the 2019 Nissan Maxima proves that the sedan is still a feature-rich vehicle that’s comfortable, spacious, and fun to drive. While the new Nissan Maxima hasn’t arrived at our Nissan dealership near Wausau, WI quite yet, we can’t wait to share the additional details.
